Yes, all our departments are operational and our agencies are open. Our agencies in Europe have set up a daily shift in their offices in order to maintain optimal level of service, and most of our employees areworking in remote.

No, our working hours remain the same: 8:30 am -12 am / 1:30 pm – 5 pm

A delay of 1 to 4 days can be observed for sending documents to our agencies in Africa. We advise you to use the Seaway Bill as much as possible.

Our warehouses still operate and continue to receive your goods.
