1948 Creation of an import/export trading company in Marseilles.

1949 Creation of a freight forwarding company for break bulk cargo management.

1965 With the start of container shipping, the 2 companies merge and become CENTRE IMEX.

1973 Opening of the agencies of Rouen and Le Havre for seafreight management.

1974 Creation of Centrimex Air Service in Paris Roissy-CDG for airfreight management.

1980 Centrimex moves from Marseilles to their new Head Office in Vitrolles with a 4500m2 warehouse.

1983 Creation of subsidiaries in Dakar (Senegal) and Abidjan (Ivory Coast).

1986 Creation of Centrimex Belgium in Antwerp.

2002 - 2003 Creation of subsidiaries in Cotonou (Benin) and Libreville (Gabon).

2005 Opening of a subsidiary in Douala (Cameroon).

2006 Creation of subsidiaries in Shanghai (China) and Lome (Togo), creation of a commercial representation office in Bamako (Mali).

2007 Creation of Centrimex Algérie in Algiers.
