1949 Creation of a freight forwarding company for break bulk cargo management.

1965 With the start of container shipping, the 2 companies merge and become CENTRE IMEX.

1973 Opening of the agencies of Rouen and Le Havre for seafreight management.

1974 Creation of Centrimex Air Service in Paris Roissy-CDG for airfreight management.

1980 Centrimex moves from Marseilles to their new Head Office in Vitrolles with a 4500m2 warehouse.
